It is not meant to be used as a casual dating site in any way.
Kulavadhu.com Members who sign up for the Kulavadhu.com Select Service hereby indicate that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. This confirmation is made unconditionally and irrevocably.
On receiving a particular directive from the relevant authorities, KV will make every effort to help Cyber Crime Investigating Cell, or any other statutory investigation agency deal with fraudulent users.

3. Eligibility
• If you wish to become a member of kulavadhu.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India, i.e., currently, 18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for males.

5. Member account activity

• Your free access to kulavadhu.com may be restricted or suspended at any time and without notice based on an evaluation of your activity, your status, or any other factor that kulavadhu.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
• As of the date of this registration, you hereby affirm that you have no objections to receiving emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from kulavadhu.com and members of kulavadhu.com if you are a registered member of kulavadhu.com, including SMS permission for validating mobile verification wand transactions through OTP, issued by the Payment Gateway. Any preferences you have set with or registrations you have made with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/National Customer Preference Register shall be superseded by this consent (NCPR). This permission includes calls, emails, and messages about matchmaking inquiries, promotions, and services such as but not limited to phone number verification and matchmaking advertising.

Impersonation is illegal and is subject to numerous legal penalties and punishment under various laws
•  It is highly recommended that you add a trust badge to your profile and submit a copy of your Aadhar, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• You are not allowed to solicit other Members to buy or sell any goods or services using the service unless it is to advertise or promote your profile for matchmaking purposes.
•  You won't send other kulavadhu.com members any spam email or chain letters. The use of any information gleaned from other members for harassing, abusing, or harming another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without that Member's prior express consent, is illegal and prohibited even though kulavadhu.com cannot monitor the behavior of its members away from the kulavadhu.com Site.
• kulavadhu.com maintains the right to take whatever actions including but not limited to legal action, it deems necessary in its sole discretion to protect kulavadhu.com and/or its members from any abuse or misuse.

• Kulavadhu.com Members who sign up for the Kulavadhu.com from site, mobile application or other services provided by KV, hereby indicate that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. This confirmation is made unconditionally and irrevocably.
6. Termination of KV Membership
• You can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason, by sending a letter or email to kulavadhu.com at support@kulavadhu.com. Except where expressly guaranteed in writing, you will not be entitled to a return of any used/unused subscription costs paid by you if you decide to cancel your membership.
•  According to the type of membership chosen, the terms and duration for the paid membership would be determined. Your paid membership ends after membership duration, and you will be treated as free member after that.
•  For any reason, including but not limited to violating the terms of use, using the service for business purposes, or engaging in improper or prohibited messages or actions, kulavadhu.com may terminate your account and access to the website.
If we terminate your membership due to any of the above reason, you will be notified via the email address you used to sign up for membership, any subsequent email address you supplied to us, or another email address you submitted to us that is available in our database.
• If kulavadhu.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
• Certain provisions of this Agreement shall remain effective even on termination.
