3. Role of Kulavadhu (Service Platform Only)
- Matchmaking Assistance: Kulavadhu provides a platform to bring together prospective brides and grooms. We do not guarantee a successful match, marriage, or compatibility.
- No Background Checks: While we highlight verified members, users are strongly advised to perform independent background checks, character verification, and safety precautions before entering into a marriage or sharing personal financial details with other members. Kulavadhu is not liable for any misrepresentations made by its users.
4. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
As a user, you agree not to:
- Post content that is obscene, defamatory, abusive, racist, or unlawful.
- Solicit money, financial assistance, or loans from other members.
- Harass, stalk, or send spam or unsolicited commercial communications to other users.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the website.
5. Premium Memberships and Refunds
- Subscription Fees: Access to certain advanced features requires a paid membership upgrade. All fees are displayed clearly on our pricing page.
- Refund Policy: All premium membership payments are non-refundable. Registration fees or membership upgrades will not be refunded under any circumstances, including early termination of the account by the user or by Kulavadhu due to a breach of these terms.

7. Termination of Account

8. Limitation of Liability

Kulavadhu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
